I’m Vietnamese, and I know how to make an incredibly good milk coffee. Brew one shot of coffee, add some rich milk, and here’s the secret — a tiny pinch of Himalayan pink salt. It deepens the flavor and makes the coffee much more addictive. Add ice, and make sure it’s crushed ice.

You should warm the filter then add the grounded coffee, after that you add a little bit of hot water. Let it sit for 5’ to bloom, then top the filter

u did awesome! next time, distribute the coffee grounds evenly if you didnt, let the coffee bloom after wetting them, and then press down the filter:)

I’ve seen people doing a reverse bloom on Vietnamese coffee. Reverse being setting the filter on a plate with boiling water and blooming bottom up
