cinnamon coffee loaf cinnamon sugar: 1/4 cup (50g) sugar 2 tsp (5g) cinnamon *mix together and set aside streusel: 1/3 cup (42g) flour 1/3 cup (67g) brown sugar 1/2 tbsp (4g) cinnamon 1/4 cup (57g) unsalted cold butter *mix together flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon well. add in the cold butter and use a pastry cutter (or food processor) to cut the butter into the mixture. it should be crumby but form togerther when pinched. cake: 1/4 cup (57g) unsalted butter (melted/soft) 1/4 cup (50g) sugar 2 1/2 tbsp (31g) light brown sugar 1 tsp (4g) vanilla 1 egg 1 cup (125g) flour 3/4 tsp (3g) baking powder 1/4 tsp (1g) baking soda 1/2 tsp (3g) salt 1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp (95g) buttermilk *preheat oven to 350. cream together butter and sugar well, then add in egg and vanilla. in another bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. then add about a third of the flour mixture into the butter/sugar mixture and gently fold. then alternate by adding about half the buttermilk and fold. keep alternating between adding the flour and buttermilk. in a 9x5 loaf pan, pour half the batter, then layer on the cinnamon sugar mixture, then the other half of the batter. top with the struesel and bake for 50-60 minutes. a toothpick should come out clean from the batter (but youll likely see cinnamon sugar on the toothpick) note: i made double portions in the video but i cut the recipe in half so that it makes 1 loaf. #cinnamon #coffeecake #baking #baketok #Recipe recipe ib: keytomylime
