@chefmaryam.nl: Afghan Pulao Beef or Uzbaki plov | easy recipe below 👇 This is my description for comfort food 😍 Tableware: @SteeliteInternational Ingredients: 500 gram Veal or beef large pieces 2 cups of rice (washed and drained) 1 winter carrot cut into strips 2 onion cut into half rings 3 garlic cloves finely chopped 6 tbsp sunflower oil 2 cups of rice (washed and 1 tsp curry powder 1 tsp chili flakes 2 tsp cumin seeds Method: - fry the meat on both sides until browned on both sides. - Add onions and garlic and cook for 10 minutes - Now add the spices and stir well and simmer on low flame. - Meanwhile cut the carrots into strips. - After 10 minutes add the carrots and raisins. - Cover with rice and make some holes. - Sprinkle 1 tsp of cumin seeds over the rice. - Close the pan with a lid and simmer on low flame for 10 minutes - Remove the lid and stir well. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and close the pan with a lid. Simmer on low flame for 20 minutes. Ready for serving!!
