I did 200° for like 5 minutes and then toss them back in for a couple minutes if it cools down too much

Also make sure you put your headlight on some wood that way there is no metal contact and your wires dont melt

I did this for my old pickups halos in my profile pic. Took me 2 weeks to open all of them without cracking my lens. Definitely go slow and be patient
