I wish I would have spent more time building myself up instead of telling myself what I was doing wrong or what I needed to do better. How you speak to yourself matters and those little critiques that seem harmless- really do stack up. They can also cut deep. When you find your person they will call you when they say they will call. It will be easy. But it will be even easier if you love yourself first. If you know your worth and you spend time with someone who really deserves to take up your time. Talk to yourself like you would talk to someone who you love dearly. Those are the words that need to fill your head. Be kind to yourself. Valentines day is about love and friendship.
