@alyshaawilson: THE HEAL IS REAL✨ . . It’s been 4 weeks since my #explant with @davidrankinmd & I have so much to catch you guys up on! . . Symptoms gone since explanting: -Joint pain -Dry eyes, skin, hair -Eye twitch -Fatigue; I haven’t had this much energy in years! -Sleep; I thought I wasn’t having sleep issues until now! I sleep so deeply & the quality of sleep is 👌 -Metal allergies & strange body odor . . Symptoms improving: -libido 😉 -Anxiety -heart palpitations -hair loss -inflammation -GI issues . . The “new” has worn off if you will & I’m finding myself having to really digest all the changes that happened since removing my #breastimplants I’m 💯 % healthier, but still have a long journey ahead. I 💯 % feel different, but I also look very different & that is a spectrum I’m figuring out how to navigate. I 💯 % know I made the right & best choice for myself removing my implants, but there’s still a heap of emotional after taste to work through…… . . The definition of HEAL is to become sound or healthy again, but it does not include HOW…. And that’s what I’m figuring out. ✨HEALING is individual, linear, & will happen when you heal completely: mentally & physically.✨So as I round the 4th week as the biggest choice I ever made for myself I can say; I’m happier, I’m healthier & this is only the beginning of my HEALING🙏#thehealisreal #breastimplantillnes #explantjourney #bii
