@geniuseatss: High Protein Peanut Chili Noodles (Per serving - 2 in total) 623 calories 23g C | 54g P | 35g F Ingredients * 400g of shirataki noodles, only 8 calories per serving * 2 eggs * 1 carrot, julienned * 1 tbsp of oil * 6 stalks of green onions, cut into 2” pieces Chicken: * 250g of chicken breast * 1 tsp of garlic powder * 1 tsp of onion powder * 1/8 tsp of salt * A pinch of black pepper * 1/4 tsp of sugar Sauce: * 4 tbsp peanut butter * 2 tbsp soy sauce * 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce * 1 tbsp rice vinegar * 4 cloves garlic * 1 tsp of sugar * 2 tbsp of sriracha * 2 tsp of sesame oil Garnish * Sesame seeds * Green onions Steps: 1. Marinade the chicken with the seasoning for 15 minutes and set aside. 2. For the sauce, combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Set aside 3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown. 4. Add the carrot followed by the eggs. Stir the carrot until it softens. 5. Add the shirataki noodles followed by the sauce.
