@culted: @Pharrell has been named as the next creative director for @Louis Vuitton’s menswear division, following the death of novel designer Virgil Abloh in November 2021. His first collection will debut at Paris Fashion Week in June. It ends months of speculation over the vacant role, with names like @Ye and British designer Martine Rose being thrown into the mix as potential successors.  In 2003, Williams partnered with Japanese designer Nigo, behind A Bathing Ape, to found streetwear label Billionaire Boys Club and Ice Cream footwear. By 2014, the star had entered an ongoing contract with @adidas and he later became the creative director for Bionic Yarn, a company that spins plastic waste into high-grade textiles. Not to mention his roles as a Chanel ambassador and @MONCLER collaborator.
