@mamalifewali: I try to train RDLs 3 different ways because I have two leg days with glutes and then a glute focused day alone 🫢 this is probably one of my new faves because the load doesn’t feel like it’s all in my forearm but directly into my glutes #gymgirls #glutesexercise
