I find that citrus and any acidic fruits and veg really flare up my eczema so you might want to consider trialling your diet without them for a while

I’ve had a flare up recently as well and it was so painful. I’ve been using Mometasone Furoate Cream on bad days and it’s working really well for me!

I used Eucerin hand cream which is directly created for eczema. And also used Weleda and Nivea. All of them worked because they are heavy creams.
