I’ve been watching ur story and the same thing happened to my grandma! She thought she was 5. I helped her find everything in her house and we’d play together as I was around that age.

I've seen cases where a migraine triggered/preceded Foreign Accent Syndrome. also a TBI doesn't have to come from a blow to the head- strokes, aneurysms etc- are sometimes considered to be types of TBIs.
