The reason a contractor doesnt want to do that is because its a diy project to begin with. They know the juice is not worth the squeeze go high..

It cost you $500. Plus your time, you have to buy tools to do the job, it looks ok in the pic but I’m sure up close is a different story.

the price is justified when you add the contractors overhead- license, insurance, vehicle, payroll, taxes, tools etc
