I had a forceps/episiotomy 5 weeks ago. It took me a good 4 weeks to feel somewhat recovered! I totally recommend frida mom witch hazel foam too x

I had soooo many stitches! I went out on day 3 to Morrisons and cried in the car 😂 didn’t go out for like 2 weeks after that! Take it easy x

I never want to feel that pain again. Being in the car going over bumps was the worse! After 2 weeks I was back to normal so 🤞🏻

Oh honey I feel you, I had 55 stitches AND the antibiotics they put me on gave me the worst thrush 😂 2 weeks in I wanted euthanasia

It’s very traumatic, I couldn’t walk, sit, lay down for a month. I had a 3rd degree tear, it was the worst!!

I was the opposite I had a painful labour with no pain relief as it was so quick thhen I was up on my feet by the next few days without pain!

I had the forceps and episiotomy birth too and I think once I hit week 3 I felt much better. Lots of air to the area to help with the healing x
