@marie_mrau: Struggling with making look your exotic dance more flowy, relaxed, liquid?🤔 Everybody struggles in the beginning❗️I was struggling too as a beginner and while learning something new I do still struggle. That is normal and part of the process❗️ Sometimes you want to keep up the tempo with the rest of the class and in the end you are just rushing yourself and not fully enjoying.😏Dancing should be about joy. But it is a skill and you need to practise it to improve. Exotic pole dance "flow style" is very specific, with smooth transitions, loong moves and kinda "hypnotising effect." To reach this, try to slow down, try to connect with every body part to be aware how the movement is going, make every movement as big as possible, choose slow music and just enjoy.
