@jesusbaking___: Swedish Cardamom Buns Dough: 1/2 cup Milk (35-37C) 5g Yeast 210g Bread Flour 20g Brown Sugar 1/2 tsp Cardamom 28g Softened Unsalted Butter Filling: 85g Softened Butter 60g Brown Sugar 1 tsp Cardamom Glaze: 50g Brown Sugar 50g Water 1/2 tsp Cardamom Mix the milk with the yeast and let bloom for around 10 minutes. Mix all the ingredients of the dough together until it’s smooth and elastic. Let rest for around 2 hours. Mix all the ingredients of the filling together. Roll the dough into a long rectangle. Spread the filling on top of the dough. Fold it like in the video. Cut 6 rectangular strips. Of each strip, make to cuts as seen in the video, braid it and roll it as seen in the video. Put the buns in a cupcake tray and let rest for around 1 hour. Bake at 180C for around 18-20 minutes. For the glaze, mix everything in a pot at medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the glaze immediately after the buns come out of the oven.
