@stepheintz: This is one of the biggest mistakes I use to make and still see all the time in the gym. If you do the first move you will build your obliques and that’s the OPPOSITE of snatching your waist. That will make you look wider. Go with move 2 if you want to work your TVA and snatch your waist.
