@..dande.lions: we can't lie- during Lee's darkest times, he definitely used training as a distraction and the injuries from his training definitely quieted those voices in his head so yes, after his fight with Gaara, he was upset about losing his dream but since he couldn't train as much as he wanted, those voices were louder than before it was like Lee was starting from square one, he wanted the "unimaginable" but he had nothing. he was going back to his kid years, pushing people away and giving up because "what's the point of trying if i'm going to continue to have these obstacles in the way?"
