lol my apartment has linoleum hardwood and i am so grateful bc it was carpet until they updated it and id prefer anything over carpet

grey floors are hated because they're on every horribly flipped house...but it's a good neutral color and LVP is tough as heck. can't go wrong w/ grey

I personally like red stain in some places and do not like parquet . But I live in a log home. Everything else I agree with.

my mom put lvp over her wood floors bc they were mismatched and she didnt have the money to replace a treat the house but didnt want to tear it up
