The bulb I use is called a low pressure sodium vapor light. They were used for outdoor lighting and are not as disruptive to wildlife as other bulbs.

If anyone is looking for this- it's a 55W Low Pressure Sodium Bulb, it has a 2 lug 'by22d' base (requires a certain socket & ballast to power it) 😁

Seems that there aren’t many left. You should probably not put skin oil on them when you turn them on the greasy spots create weakness.
