Serves: 2 Prep time: 6 minutes Cook time: 11 minutes Special tools: Nice pan and a big spoon Ingredients: 2 5-6oz trout fillets 1 pinch kosher salt 2 twists black pepper 1.5 tablespoons @TerraDelyssaOfficial EVOO 3 nubs butter, divided 1 tablespoon capers, chopped 2 tablespoons dill, chopped 3 tablespoons green olives, chopped 1 lemon squeeze Method: 1. With the pan on medium-low heat, add olive oil and 1 nub of butter. Season your fillets and place them in the pan skin side down. Do not touch it for 4 minutes. 2. When the butter starts to brown, add 2 more nubs of butter and baste for 3 minutes. 3. Add capers, dill and olives. Baste for another 4 minutes. 4. Remove and let it rest for 2 minutes. 5.
