🍝 Easy Carbonara Recipe (with Bacon) ✨ An easy, creamy carbonara made with simple ingredients! No cream, no fancy techniques—just rich, authentic flavor in about 20 minutes. 🍽️ Servings: 4 🥓 Ingredients: • 1 lb (500 g) spaghetti • 8–10 slices bacon, diced (about 8 oz / 225 g) • 1 whole egg • 4 egg yolks • 1¼ cups grated Parmesan cheese (about 4.5 oz / 130 g) • 1–1½ tsp freshly ground black pepper • Salt (for the pasta water) 👨‍🍳 Instructions: Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente (about 1 minute less than the package directions).
