Most people under eat protein. I’m not a huge proponent of tracking every single day, personally, but I do track from time to time to make sure I’m getting enough in & make adjustments where needed. Have a couple of go to foods/meals where you know the protein amount that you can add in when you’re low! Cardio is just necessary. You HAVE to keep your body moving. As a society we aren’t moving nearly enough. Whether it’s walking, running, biking, rollerblading, swimming- you need to be doing something that gets your heart rate up.  Most women aren’t lifting heavy enough. When I start with new clients I usually am adding 5-10+ lbs to whatever they think they should be lifting. You have to challenge your muscles in order for them to build. You WILL NOT get bulky. That narrative has got to go.  I know it feels like an overused tip but you need to drink more water. Nearly every function inside your body utilizes water and you’re cutting off nutrient transportation, joint lubrication, muscle recovery, digestion aid, and so much more when you don’t drink enough.  SIMPLE tweaks make a HUGE difference. You don’t have to feel like you have to live a completely different life to make changes. Over time, habits will build and the gradual shift will have you feeling like a new person  #strengthtrainingforwomen #strengthtrainingforfatloss #fatlosstipsforwomen
