You’ll look better, move better, and feel better. All of which will help you to perform everyday functions and activities. Things like playing with your kids or grandkids, or carrying in the groceries. 🤔I know from personal experience, along with my clients’ testimonials, functional training is a better, more productive method. When I was purely training for maximal strength, sure I was super strong, but my body hurt and I my mobility was terrible. I was in the “best” shape of my life but I felt run down, ached, and was always nursing injuries. Plus, I was more tired as I was likely overtraining. 🎯What is the focus of your fitness and training?
