Couple of things girlie, left over refrigerated rice is perfect for fried rice! That's what the Chinese do. Also, sprinkle it with water b4 microwave!

You don’t have to do any of that. Put it in the microwave with a damp paper towel cover it, squeeze a couple drops of water on the rice. Perfect.

reheat rice in the microwave with an ice cube. it'll help steam it up again, the ice cube won't melt completely so just toss it when done

I think for reheating in the microwave it’s key to put a piece of damp paper towel on top so it sorta steams instead of dries and fries.
