Well done i lost 14kg in 3 mnths eating unprocessed foods but cutting out all carbs might have been my downfall cos my hair started falling out 🥰

I found hitting 40 that I couldn’t eat bread and when I did my stomach blew right up. I have had to change my eating habits too, feeling much better
