Let’s chat RECOVERY 🧘♀️ I’m a big believer that adequate sleep and nutrition should be the foundations of your recovery routine before you implement your 1%-ers like saunas, ice baths, massages, etc. “Muscles are torn in the gym, fed in the kitchen and built in bed” Highly recommend tracking your sleep if you have a wearable (I use WHOOP) so that you can make changes to your night routine for optimal sleep + recovery… trust me, you need a lot more sleep than you think! Results come from consistency, and if you don’t have the energy to train at a high intensity, recover and do it again tomorrow then you can’t expect those results to occur, so this is why nutrition is SUPER important! I personally have my big, balanced main meals + snacks throughout the day and then additional snacks to support my training, the @MOVE WITH US app is awesome for personalised meal guides and recipes if you’re feeling stuck!
