Mostly it’s the risk of inhalation so if you’re not inhaling and exit the room for a while then it’s less risk. Make sure room is well ventilated:)

Trader Joe’s dry shampoo is non aerosol and doesn’t have benzene. I don’t use a lot but good in a pinch
