A caucasian shepherd is nothing different from other dogs. You can own a caucasian shepherd or a kangal and it can be the nicest and calmest dog on the planet if you do it right. If you do it wrong, even a chihuahua can be dangerous

This is a Georgian Shepherd Dog, not a Caucasian one. In 2003, Russian cynologists came to Georgia. They took almost all purebred Georgian Shepherd Dogs and registered them as a Russian breed, naming them the ''Caucasian Shepherd''. Only the monks saved the few remaining true shepherd dogs in monasteries, which the occupiers were unable to take away. This breed has two types: one that we see in the video, and the other is the Kazbegian short-haired type. In reality, there is no such thing as a Caucasian Shepherd Dog. It is the Georgian Shepherd Dog🇬🇪
