Found my leak cause of a sewer smell. Also tile wasn’t slopped towards drain. I’m renting so it’s caulked and landlords issue now.

Good trick! To fully check you need to remove the grate & install a "dynamite" plug. Tile and grout are never 100% water tite the weep holes will leak
