Someone hacked my account and reversed 6 of my vehicle payments. Chase branch ruled it as fraud and opened me a new account. Now a week later, Chase says i am no longer a member of the bank.

You should have hang up the call and go to the actual bank that instant or the next day and asked what was going on with your account inside the bank.

at this point what bank hasn't had a data leak? you run a risk of data leaks with any bank, just insert your bank and data leak into Google and tada!

Caller Id numbers can be spoofed. it's terrible that telcos have not worked on getting that fixed and FTC hasn't drive a fix for it.

Small example have you ever called back a missed phone call only for the operator to tell you the number you dialed is not in service that is a spoof.
