@blairhorton: What is your favorite herb? Hibiscus is really high on my list and I love using this hibiscus rose syrup for shrubs, flavoring matcha… the list goes on! I’m planning on making more herbal syrups, so let me know what you want to see next! Recipe: 3/4 cup water 1/2 cup sweetener (I like to use 1/2 allulose for gut health and 1/2 honey) 2 tbsp food grade rose petals 2 tbsp dried hibiscus 1 tsp lemon juice Pinch salt Bring to a simmer and then pull of heat and allow to sit for 20 minutes. If using honey, add once the water is cooled, but still warm enough to dissolve the honey. Strain and store in a jar for up to 2 weeks! Shrub: 2 oz hibiscus rose syrup 1 tbsp ACV Sparkling water #m#mocktailm#mocktailrecipem#mocktailsc#cyclesyncingb#bloodsugarbalancep#periodproblemsi#immunityboostersi#immunityboosti#immunityboosteri#immunesupporth#hormonebalanceh#hormonehealthh#hormonehealingw#wellnessm#mocktailmondayd#denverbloggerm#mocktailsandcocktails#s#sobercuriouss#soberwomens#sobercommunitys#soberlifestyles#sobermovementl#lowwastel#lowwastelivinglowwastelifestyle
