@blakesteller: The Goblet Box Squat is one of my favorite movements to teach beginners proper squat form. Holding the weight in front forces you to keep a tight core, and the box provides an external cue to assure you reach proper depth with your hips. 💪🏻 It’s an excellent movement for advanced exercisers too!
