I Had lots of requests for a bulking calzone, so I just had to make a recipe vid. 🫶🏽 Serves 1: 🍽️ Calories & Macros 📊 Per Calzone: 1021 Calories 81g P | 103g C | 29g F Ingredients ✅ - 135g self-raising flour - 150g 0% Greek yoghurt - 100g cooked chicken breast slices (@musclefooduk 💪) feel free to use pepperoni instead! 🔥 - 150g mozzarella (preferably fresh over the grated stuff) - tbsp tomato/pizza sauce - Italian herb seasoning - (any seasonings you like to flavour the dough) Method ⏰ 1. In a large bowl mix together the flour and Greek yoghurt, till it forms clumps, then knead it into a dough with your hands. 2. Sprinkle some flour onto a large flat surface and roll the dough out as flat as you can into a pizza base. 3. On one half of the base spread the tomato sauce, then evenly place on the chicken breast slices followed by the sliced mozzarella and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning 4. Fold the over half over and seal the edges with the end of a fork, then lightly brush in egg wash and sprinkle on some more Italian herbs 5. Bake or airfry at 200°C for 20-25 minutes and Enjoy!
