farm raised salmon has basically zero to very low parasite risk. apparently Costco farm raised salmon is pretty safe to eat raw! plus you cured it.

brown bit is the bloodline, I wouldn't be eating raw fish unless it's graded as sushimi you can't 'cure' or make something shashimi if it isn't fresh

SALMON FROM COSTCO SHOULD NOT BE EATEN RAW!!!! It’s not sushi grade 😭😭 even when I fully cook it it’s full of worms
