@lisabreckenridge: I was a bit skeptical about the last viral food…VIRAL CRISPY CHEESE WRAPPED PICKLES — Had to give it a try and I’ve got to say I loved it! Here’s how you do it: add any semi-firm cheese (think sliced deli style cheeses) to a non stick pan, let it get bubbly and a bit brown, add a pickle and carefully wrap it closed.
