They did have some terrible issues but I have to say I really liked the one in my 04 Intrepid. It ran so smooth, but I sure watched the oil close!

I never owned on one but I liked the LH 3.5 . It would be a good setup for a mid engine kit car. duel throttle body was cool also.

Mine 2.7 shuts down when trying to get into traffic. Would start to buck back and forth like shs not getting enough gas,sometimes she would stop right in traffic, would put in park to start again. woy

we have had good luck out of the 2.7 in status. I feel like it's under powered for the larger cars. engine aliment was different in large cars also

the good news with the 2.7L is they did redesign it, eliminating the sludge issue after I believe 06. but that engines reputation was gone.lol
