I’m day 12 and I still can’t walk. How did you turn around so fast! My dr said no more than 20lbs on my surgery leg for 3 weeks? . What am I doing wrong in this endeavor. I have been using an office Dolly chair to get around and doing a little on crutches, very little because it scares me. Any tips send them my way!

Found your account as was looking at labrum repair recovery - did you have a full athroscopy and how are you doing a few years on ?? Can you do all the stuff you did pre surgery? Squats / runs etc ??

Say what you. I thought you had to be on crutches for a long time, that’s honestly been my biggest reason why I’ve been reluctant. I have shoulder issues too and crutches hurt

How is your recovery so acelerared ? I don’t even see my doc until 3 weeks post up. Did you see the doc daily and he or she removed restrictions?
