@marie_mrau: Do you engage shoulders while dancing exotic pole dance?👠💪🏻 Maybe it's not so obvious but true is you need pretty strong arms and shoulders while dancing exotic. Make sure you are actively involving your shoulders and not just hanging on them. If not it can lead to injuries and pain in the trapezius and cervical spine or backpain in general.
