RECIPE Ingredients * 1 package Simply Desserts Strawberry Sugar Free Jel Mix * 1 ¼ cup boiling hot water * 1 cup plain greek yogurt 0% * 1 scoop low carb whey protein powderoptional Instructions * Put the sugar-free jello powder into a large bowl. * Add one cup of boiling water to the bowl. * Stir the mixture really well until the powder is completely dissolved. * Let the jello cool down at room temperature (don’t put it in the fridge yet). * When it’s cool, add the Greek yogurt and mix it all together. * If you’re using protein powder, add a scoop and mix until it’s all combined.
