Ulta Beauty have tubing mascara also which is amazing and it is only $11 and it's called lash flash , warm water wash off mascara🥰so good

I love this mascara . My recommendation is to blow in it before applying it and then put it slow . When you blow in it it gets alittle dry m.

Definitely not a dupe for thrive. The Milani is very very wet. Very hard to put on without it getting all over your lid
