@trizzlemanfitness: Doing Abs 4-5x per week won’t get you abs… I remember in high school I was so confused why even though my abs were getting stronger, I was always sore the next day, and I was hitting them hard, I still didn’t have a 6 pack. That was because you can’t out train a bad diet. Everyone has “abs”, but if you want to reveal them, you need to get down to a lower body fat percentage. You can define them with abs workouts, but it’s what you do outside of the gym that reveals them. Idk so I hear this all the time so while I don’t eat terribly I don’t eat great I go to the gym 5/6 days weekly and started implementing abs at the end of atleast 3 work outs 2 ish weeks ago and my bf
