@chebbo: Malaysian RAMLY Burger 🇲🇾 Ingredients: - 500g minced beef - 1/2 cabbage, shredded - 1 cucumber, sliced - Maggi seasoning, to taste - Curry powder, to taste - 4 eggs - Chili sauce - Black pepper sauce - Mayo - 4 burger buns Steps 1. Chop the cabbage and cucumber then set aside. 2. Smash your 100g beef patty on a hot skillet then season with curry powder and Maggi Seasoning 3. In a separate pan, cook the eggs into a wide circle 4. Once the burgers are cooked, place them on top of the cooked egg, then top with mayonnaise, chilli sauce and black pepper sauce. Wrap the egg around the burger patty. 5. Build the burger by adding sliced cucumber and shredded cabbage, followed by mayo, the egg-wrapped burger patty to the bun, and enjoy! #malaysia #ramly #burgertok
