This is so true sister. Going through anxiety and depression can be well hidden, I speak from firsthand experience. It s just like the Robin Williams story . He was always happy and smiling, yet deep down he was suffering in silence. You are so right, I had to give it all to our good Lord to get me out of that dark place and back into the light. Thank you for bringing awareness to this because it's still a stigma on most places. ❤️🙏
