@lady_firefox: New video coming soon of the whole casting process for my newest socket 🦿 This socket is an Ossur Direct Socket. Which means it’s cast directly onto my stump! Meaning within a few hours you have a new socket rather than having to go back and forth to your prosthetic centre for castings and fittings etc We tried the traditional casting process recently and I found the socket to be terribly uncomfortable so I’m happy we went back to the socket style I like! #ossur #ossurdirectsocket #directsocket #prosthetic #prostheticleg #prostheticsocket #amputee #belowkneeamputee
