this is why newer manual trans cars are programmed to Rev hang. So if you tune the computer to not Rev hang, this happens.

A $3 Clear fuel filter installed on the pcv hose is all you need. Clean accordingly.

The exact reason Toyota does not have strictly direct injection they also use regular port injection with direct injection- less carbon/burnt valves
