My perimenopause symptoms started at 47 . I am now 48. I didn’t miss a period until 47 and my fsh went up yo 38 in one month then 5 the next few months. My estradiol was 566 and tired all the time

I self diagnosed myself with perimenopause. The only difference is i dont have hot flashes perse, its more like a hot episode. I get over heated for 30-45 mins

I have an appointment in August with a gyno that specializes in menopause. my GP wouldn't even order a hormone panel for me when I asked.
