Hey I get my orch august 1st I’m so in my head about the surgery. the medication I’m on is working very well for me idk if it’s worth getting the surgery done. Sorry if that doesn’t make sense lol

You order a feast. It starts with țuică — plum moonshine that hits like a hammer. Everyone’s uncle makes it, everyone swears theirs is the best. One shot and you’re in Romania. Then the table fills.
