All homes have dustmites. Because they eat our dead skin cells. But if you keep the humidity to 50 or below it hinders reproduction.

amazon has this DUSTMITE spray it's between $20-$40 but it works wonders u can spray ur furniture and all😁

for another basic thing is mix water and 90% alcohol rubbing alcohol mind you and a spray bottle spray it around the house and then vacuum up
