@anzimanco:tried this and it works wonderfully: 1. turn off and unplug the ref 2. drip a tissue paper into the hole or into the small drainer to absorb the clogged water 3. pour hot water into the hole or into the small drain at least 3x until you hear the ice breaks (use a tube glass bottle)
