Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Place flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt to bowl and mix. Set aside. 3. Add butter and white sugar to bowl. Cream for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add eggs and lemon extract. Mix. 5. Combine wet and dry ingredients. 6. Take a ziplock bag and add lemon oreos. Crush them. 7. Place crushed oreos in dough. Fold in. 8. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 9.
